Refund Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

However, we will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a printing or manufacturing error

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Intimate or hygiene-related items (such as face coverings, underwear, etc.)

  • Gift cards

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us.
We will work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • If a return is approved in exceptional cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
